BA475で良いとは思いますが、BA479で安全策をとるのも一つの方法

別切りなので、大幅遅延があったら帰国もできなくなる
可能性もなきにしもあらずですが、ヒースローで9時間
以上は、ラウンジ利用ができてもきつく、それすらないのなら、
はっきり言って地獄です。この超円安のご時世、店にある
ものには目もくれず、じっとしているしかないのですから・・・。

BA 479は選択肢にないのでしょうか？？

荷物は運んでくれるとは思いますが、要確認です。万が一BCNで拒否されたら、持ち込める
大きさにするか、捨てて行くとかの覚悟も必要です。
荷物を受け取っていたら、BA475は危険過ぎます。これも加味して、BA479が妥協点。
ラウンジ利用可なら、迷わずこちら、またはBA 473です。BCNは中心地に近いし、
タクシーでもそう掛からないので、10時のフライトでも楽です。BA479がダメなら
BA473にするしかないか・・・。結局。
