HI.hostel.comにて2月下旬の宿泊予約をしたのですが、 すでにカードに宿泊代金の請求が来ました。 これは普通のことでしょうか? またキャンセルしたらどのように返金されるのでしょうか? 無知で申し訳ありませんが何卒ご回答よろしくお願いします。
Re: ホテルの支払いについて 私の場合、ミュンヘンからの観光バスでノイシュバンシュタイン城+リンダーホーフ城のコースを予約し、旅行をし終わりました。 そこで私たちにとっては大変な事件が起き、英語バスガイドのババアが「チケット代をあづかります」「子どもも同額か」「そう、大人と同額のお金をあずかります」との事で、子どもたちの城の入場券代を大人と同額あづけました。 帰りのトイレ休憩時に「記念に入場券をください」ともらった子どもの代金が「0マルク」表示だったのです。 つまり彼女は「タダ券の子どもの券」も大人と同額懐に入れていたのです。 バスを降りる時に「子どもの入場券の金を返してくれ」・・・ところが「それはチップ」だと言い抜かし、最後まで返してくれなかったのです。 帰国後、腹の虫が治まらないので、東京のドイツ観光局にこの経緯を詳しく日本語の文書にしてその観光会社に請求したいと郵送しましたら、観光バス会社の役員(多分社長か?ドイツ語だったので)から正式なサイン入りお詫びの文書と、返金するからカードの番号を教えてくれとの手紙をいただき、FAXしたところ、そのババアがくすねた金を「マイナスの請求=返金」をカード会社にしてくださり、金を戻してもらいました。なお、彼女は解雇されたそうです。 集合が、ミュンヘンの中央駅の側のネプチューンの噴水を集合場所にしている、インターネットでも予約できる日本なら「はとバス」クラスの有名なバス会社です。

There will be no refund for cancellations made after the stated last cancellation time shown on the booking receipt. 以上のようになっていますが、私の予約はまだ28日前にも達していません。この状態で請求が来るのは変ではないですか? また本文にはThe card handling fee is not refundable.ともあります。どなたかわかる方いらっしゃいますでしょうか? 私が無知ならばそう言って頂けると幸いです。
