Schengen Treaty

I suppose you would like to come back to Spain.

Theoretically speaking you must leave Schengen treaty countries where Spain is part of it (but not EU) for more than 3 months (90 days?) in order to come back to Spain unless you have an appropriate VISA - i.e. you can stay within the treaty area for 3 months (90 days?) only within a period of 6 months (180 days?).

You can find lots of information about the treaty if you search using searching engine such as google.

The best solution is to go back to Japan as soon as possible I think.
But i want to continue to traveland I must go to Swiss.
I have a flight ticket already.
Swiss is not a member of Schengen treaty yet.
So I hope I can enter Swiss.(I KNOW IT IS NOT EASY)
Anyhow I wll have a problem on the border if I take train airplain or bus.
I hope I will go out from here with nothing problems and coninue my travel.
