ドバイにあるダイブショップ「Al Boom Diving」に問い合わせた所、下記のレスが返ってきました。

With regards to diving, all diving these days takes place on the East Coast and Musandam. Attached please find some info on diving as well as our current price list.

The dive center over there operates out of the Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort,
(www.lemeridien-alaqah.com) so the best place to stay would be there. You could also stay in Dubai and get on the shuttle over to the other side (approx 2 hours each way).
