ノルウェー国鉄の割引制度「minipris」について　
下の記述のことかなと思いますが、料金検索のページで[TICKET GROUP]のままでは料金は出てこなくて、[ORDINARY] か [MINIPRIS] にすると出てくることから想像すると、GROUPEは(チケット)の種類を意味しているように思います。英語にそのような意味があるように思えませんが。
実際ほかのページでは人のグループで6人から10人が15-25%引きとなっていますね。
ともかくWEB上でしか買えないのですから、1人で入力して買えれば1人でOKということではないでしょうか。でも欧州は駅に改札がないせいか間違ったときの罰金は高いので、e-mail とかで確かめていくのがbestではないでしょうか、念のためプリントして持って行くとか。
ちなみに私はノルウェーの国鉄を利用したことはないので、当てにしないよう願います。

Ordin誡 (Ordinary)
This is economy class, and is available on all NSB trains.

Minipris (Mini-fare)
If you are able to click on "Minipris", this means that a group discount is available on this departure. This is a discount ticket which is around 40% below the ordinary fare.

The following provisions apply:
Can only be bought on our website.
Must be purchased at least 1 day (not including the date of departure) prior to departure!
A limited number of seats in this price category are available on all long-distance departures.
The journey must be made non-stop, with no stopovers en route.
Children under 4 travel free, children aged between 4 and 16 pay half price.
Tickets are not refundable and change of reservation is not possible.

グループ、は、団体という意味ではなくチケットのカテゴリを指しているようす。

単なるキャンセル規定のきつい、早割りチケットでは。グループ割引であれば
人数が書かれているはずだし、名前のつけ方がグループ割引っぽくないです。

サービスセンターのメールフォームを見つけたので、団体割なのか質問してみました。

If the information you are referring to have been found on our website we would like you to give us a link to where we can find this, as it does not sound to correect.

Our "best-value" fares are called "minipris" (miniprice) and either NOK 199,- or NOK 299,- one way, subject to availability. The tickets may only be purchased online, max. 90 days prior to departure and cannot be changed or refunded after purchase.
The minipris ticket have nothing to do with group bookings/discounts - if you are a group of 10 or more people you should make the reservation by calling out ticket office +47 815 00 888 (dial 4 for english)

Below we provide you with a few simple steps how to make an online (minipris)booking:

1) Type in the desired departure and arrival point, the date and time you wish to travel on, and then click on "continue".
2) Mark the desired train departure (e.g. dd.mm. at 07:58), and then click "continue".
3) In the "ticket group" option, choose (if available) "Okonomi(minipris)", and then click the grey button "calculate price" to se the best available fare. If you are happy with your choice, click "continue".
4) Here you fill in the information as required. Under the option "ticket receivement" you get 2 options: "Henting i tog" (pick up onboard the train from the onboard personnel) - "Hente pa stasjon" (pick up at ticket counter or ticket machine at the station)
5) After completing the page, tick the "I have read and accepted the conditions of travel" (make sure you read them first) and then click "buy journey".
