What happens when I decide to book?

Since we're a travel search tool, once you've found the best route, the booking will either be finalized through our website or you’ll be transferred to the site of the provider, where you can complete your purchase. If the latter is the case, you book directly with the travel providers and not with us, which is why we don’t hold onto any of your details regarding your booking.

Some bookings made directly with GoEuro require the payment of a booking fee. The total cost of the tickets and fees will always be displayed before confirming any payment.

What happens after I have finished booking?
Who will send my tickets?

When making a booking for a journey with Renfe, SNCF, SNCB, Trenitalia and Movelia, you will receive a confirmation e-mail directly from GoEuro, since the whole reservation process will be completed on our website. The tickets in PDF will be attached to this confirmation, and will have to be printed before travelling.

If you have booked a ticket with GoEuro and haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our customer service by email: service@goeuro.com or by phone - check out the contact page.

In all other cases, you will be redirected to the provider's website to finalize your booking and make the payment, since we do not sell the tickets directly. Should you need any information about your tickets or have not received them, we kindly invite you to contact the company you purchased them with.

In all other casesに該当する場合、全てそこのやり方次第です。
印刷が必要なもの、予約コードだけでよいもの、現地で発券が必要なもの、
PDFが乗車券となるもの・・・・。ですから、
