はい、2.20EURのチケットです。
TIC:Ticket integrati Campania　ってやつじゃあなさそうです。

「規約」という単語を聞いて、PDFチケットの下部をよく見てみたら、
＞3. Regional tickets purchased on-line have already been stamped with the date and time of departure of the train chosen at the moment of purchase and shown on the ticket. Ticket
holders can travel on the train shown or in the next 1 hrs 40 min .
と、ハッキリ書いてありました（笑）

サイトの規約の4時間とは違うようです。
ネットで予約した場合は1時間40分なのかな・・・

やはり早めに行った方が良さそうですね。
夜行列車逃したら大変です（笑）
トリノの観光は早めに切り上げて、早めに夕食とって列車に乗る事にします。
最悪は、サンドイッチみたいなのを列車で食べることになるかな・・・？

①②については・・・日本の機器からアクセスする分には、特に気にする必要ないのでは？
仕事のメールや、特殊なシステムに入力する時など、文字化けする可能性がある場合はもちろん避けますが。
今回は日本の掲示板ですから・・・タイトルを短く収めて、なおかつ、2つの質問がある事を明確にするために使用しました。

・ローカル線の予約について
予約不要だし、予約の意味が無い事はもちろん理解しています。
ただ、夜行と一緒についでに購入できたので、ひと手間減ると思って買いました。
このチケットより早い電車に乗る事はあり得ませんし、よっぽど夜行が遅れない限りは有効時間中に乗れそうだし、ついでに、券売機や窓口でのトラブルを減らせると思ったので。

窓口が混んでいるとか、自動券売機でチップ要求するヤツに遭うとか、刻印器が壊れてる時があるとか、いろいろな情報を目にしたので、ネットで買っておいてその手間が減らせるなら、ありかな？と思い、試してみました。
失敗しても数ユーロですし。

form of photo ID at every request by supervisory staff. In the absence even of only one of these two requirements travellers will be considered to be travelling without a valid ticket in
