会員登録していないとMy bookingで検索できないかもしれません,
Airasiaでカード決済ができず止むを得ずExpedia経由で予約しましたがMy bookingには
リストアップされませんでした。（２日前の事例）
・カード会社に事情説明し決済詳細（エアーベルリンが検索する手立て）を問合せると共に３つの請求の内２つを支払停止を求める。（金額が違うなら意図した決済を選択）
次にホームページ　http://www.airberlin.com/en-JP/site/start.phpで
“Booking”をクリック My Bookingで”Forgottenn your booking number”をクリック
　Last name・・・名を入力
　Flight no・・・フライトナンバー入力　AB8552
Departure date・・・07 December
e-mailaddress・・・確実に届くe-mailアドレス入力(小文字アルファベット)
　　　　　　　　　　abcd@efg.jp
“Request booking numer”をクリック、回答を待つ。予約時に名・姓を逆入力の可能性があればlast nameに姓を入力したものも送信。
・回答を待つ間にFAQ and contactをクリック､Top 10･Category Overview･Contactの内
Contactを選択､右中央のonline complaint formを選択、次画面の
Do you wish to notify us of a new complaintを選択､中央のRef. –please choose-は
Your booking/Special servicesを選択。次画面中央のThemeはBooking Confirmationを選択後Continueをクリック。必要項目を正確に入力、中央のYour request欄に文句を入力後送信・。
例：Dear sir, I tried to book ur Dus 13:35 AB8552 16:00 MAD on 7 December 2014. After entering my credit card data, I clicked “continue (pay)”, however ur booking system would not proceed to complete my booking, so I tried once again but the same phenomenon occurred. Then I tried to book thru ur “The airberlin mobile site” but in vain. I did not get ur confirmation mails but you charged the fare three times to my credit account. So you are kindly requested to adjust my bookings asap.
