It is not possible to send the number to a different email address.

メールアドレスが正しく（ご自分の記録と照合は必要です）、予約番号が出ないので
あれば、もはや予約がないとしか考えられません。

そもそも、ひとりの搭乗者が三席取れるとは考えられません。
かりに通ってもダブルブッキングで撥ねられます。

ただし、このままでは、不安なので、電話するしかないと思います。
電話のほうが結局早いのです。有料ですが、これも勉強料。

このようなケースが該当するメール(質問）の内容がないので、
このまま放置される危険性があります。

なお、上記の文章は英語もどきで、意味が通りません。なにをしたいのか
なにを聞きたいのが伝わらないと思います。
