小生はNyaung OoのThante Hotelで借りる予定をしています。

You can rent a bicycle or an E-bike. The Ebikes can be rented just outside the hotel and there are bicycles available for rentals at the hotel too. Bicycles are around US$2 per day and US$8 for Ebikes.
The cost is $70 for a day trip to Mount POPA and Salay by car.
