goose liver (foie gras)がフォアグラでしょうか?ハンガリー語では『libamáj リバマーイ』というそうですが...。

We roast sirloin and sliced goose liver
and bake apple slices and jacket potato together.
We place a toast over the potato and apple,
and arrange the sirloin and the goose liver on the top.
We decorate it with apple and onion rings.
