無現ポンダさんのおっしゃる『order ******』は見当たりません。
メールタイトルが私のものは『your online tickets registration』となっていて、
『order』という単語は使われていないです。

また、メール本文の中に

up to 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of your train and
print them out on your computer.

とあるので郵送ではないように思います。

もう一度このメールをよく読んでみます。
