The company is only a provider of transportation service between airports and shall reserve the right to not be responsible for any connecting flight or itinerary including forwarding baggage to connecting flight whether it is the flight of Thai Smile or the flight of other airline

The Passenger traveling with the connecting flight and is required to pass the immigration checkpoint shall comply with the law concerning immigration and other related laws. The company will not be responsible for any damages or losses from missing connecting flight

Does anyone know if Thai Smile airlines has a transit desk in the International arrivals of Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok for onward connections.

Connecting between BR and Thai Smile　国際線ですが。
質問した本人。
Unfortunately, the agent refused to check me in at first for my WE flight since I was coming from BR and not TG. She said it is WE policy that the transfer desk only issues boarding passes for those coming in on TG and not any other airline. She repeatedly said I would have to go through immigration, check in at the main counter and then come back airside. この後は、いつものことで、今回だけの特別措置。

オンラインで搭乗券を出していても関所は通してもらないというのが原則でしょうが、上記のようにゴネ？て通れる可能性もなきにしもあらず。でも荷物を預けていたら、その時点で不可です。

逆ですが、
This airline is a Point to Point Airline.
They do NOT accept the checked baggage until the final destination even if you have a connecting flight at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport.
They only accept the baggage until Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport.

When you arrive at Bangkok Suvarnbhumi Airport:
1) You must pick-up your baggage
2) Go up to 4th floor with your baggage
3) Queue for the next International flight's check-in
4) Check the Baggage again
5) Queue at Security
6) Queue at Passport Control

来年のことなら、状況は変わっているでしょうが。
