対処方法 Paradore７ヶ所全てAmigos会員としてログインせず(“Friends access”)予約されたのですか？そうであれば、会員としてログインし全予約の中で最初の宿泊予定のパラドールを表示し”Check or modify your booking”で会員番号を入力する箇所に入力できませんか？ できなければ取消､再予約ができる条件ですか？返金不可の条件であれば’chat”で訊くか、メールで問合せる方法、電話で訊く(スペイン語、英語､仏語等々、東京の事務所は日本語が通じるかも)しかありません。参考に”chat”では待ち人数が表示され数分で回答が表示されます。これ以上は個人情報(会員番号､パスワード、予約番号your reservation reference number等)が必要となりますので ご自身でご検証下さい。この特典,朝食券のダウンロードは入会後１ヶ年､予約から３ヶ月以内です。私なら“chat (名前・電話 +81最初の０を除く､メールアドレスを入力)で訊きます。 Pls advise the way to get ur “ Free breakfast on my 1st visit (reference numberを記入）” in case of booking as a guest not as a an Amigo. 予約時Amigo card numberインプットされましたか Regarding the complimentary breakfast voucher, its procedure is as follows: With your first online reservation as an Amigo, you will obtain a free breakfast for you and your companion. REMEMBER when you make your reservation, you must enter your Amigo card number. Once you have your reservation reference number, you can download your Breakfast Voucher to be handed at the Parador. You have three months to download your Breakfast Voucher and one full year from the date of your registration to enjoy it. This promotion is only for new card holders. Once you have made the Amigos online booking, we inform you that you should print the breakfast voucher. Once you have the locator of the online booking, you must to click in "my profile" and "print breakfast voucher", then you have to introduce the locator of your on line reservation. But remember that to use your breakfast voucher you must make the booking online as an Amigo.
