先ほどやってみたのですが、contact info　のページで
１.までしか表示されません。どのようにチケットを受け取るかも表示されていないので選ぶことすらできない状態です。下記がそのページをコピーしたものです。
普通はこのページでいくつかの選択肢があるのですよね？
