You can't walk from the Irun station to Hendaye (well, you could if you had time to spare),
Irun駅からHendaye駅へは通り抜け出来ない。
but you can walk from the Irun station (Renfe) to the other Irun station (EuskoTren) that will take you directly to the Hendaye station. It will take you about ten minutes to walk, so you should be able to do it in two hours. Don't waste time, though!
スペイン側にIrun駅が２つあるのは私も知っています。
Leave the station and head northeast on Calle Geltoki, then turn right, crossing the bridge on Paseo Colón. The station is in the middle of that block on the left side. If you have to ask, ask to get to the "Topo".
