金にまかせてSDから同一taxiでTijuanaAPまで(国境は一旦降りるとしても)行けないものか？と調べましたけど、これは無いようですね。　営業車はシャトルバスと航空会社のバスのみと言う事でしょうか。
航空会社が決まっているのなら、それのSD⇔TijuanaAPサービスがありますから、問合せたらどうでしょう。
