ペガサス航空 キャンセルや変更について

教えてください(泣)！

イスタンブールからカッパドキアへ行こうと、トルコのペガサスエアーで航空券を予約したのですが、
いろいろ考えた結果、旅程を変更することになり、
チケットをキャンセルか変更したいと思っています。
が、ペガサスエアーのHPのどこを探しても、キャンセルや変更ができそうなところが見当たりません。
過去の質問も一通り見たのですが、どうしても分かりません…

どなたか知ってらっしゃる方、是非教えて下さいm(_ _)m
日にちも迫ってきていて焦っています…(泣)。

    返金不可なのは承知でしたが、
    キャンセル手続きをすることなくほったらかしていても
    本当にいいものかどうか不安で
    質問した次第でした。

    お求めになられたのはキャンセル時に返金のある予約クラスの航空券ですか？

    　タイトルのとおりです。
    　ペガサスエアーのサイトの以下の General Rules のページにある Reservayion changes and cancellations という項目の内容をよく確認されるとよいと思います。

    　というかお求めになられる前に「自分が買おうとしている航空券はどんな条件が付いた航空券なのか」をよく確認しないと危険です。
    　鉄道の早期割引運賃適応の乗車券やホテルの格安料金なども同様ですね。

    Promotion Fare Code 1/2/3/G 20 TL of Fare Non-refundable
    Super Fare Code P/U/T/Z/V 20 TL of Fare Non-refundable
    Cancellation - Refund Promotion Non-refundable Super Non-refundable
    なので、Flexでもない限り、ほとんど戻りません・・・。
    諦めたほうが早いのでは？四名とからな話は別ですが。

    僅かな金でも望みを繋げたいのなら、
    For reservation Changes and cancellations online:
    For passengers who are members of the website; please click on "Member login" on http://www.flypgs.com website. Following the LOGIN page, all pre-created reservation codes will be listed on the screen. When you click on the "Cancel" button on the same page, cancellation terms appear and if you click on the same button again, cancellation will be complete.
    For passengers who are not members of the website; please click on My Tickets on www.flypgs.com website. After the PNR number and the passenger surname is entered in the section which opens up, the flight to be cancelled should be chosen and the cancellation procedure should be followed.

    と書いてある部分がありましたが、ここではだめですか？

    ありがとうございます。

    そこは私も試したんですが見つからないのです…
    PNRと名前を入力してcontinueすると、チケットの予約内容は出てくるのですが、
    キャンセルする場所が見当たりません。
