だそうです。これほどぼろくそに書かれるホテルは珍しく、逆に見て見たい気もします。
多分安いパッケージがよく使うホテルなのでしょう。

The area of Rosny-sous-bois is in no way desirable for any tourist wanting
to visit the Paris metropolitan area. It is very industrial looking,
the area has a lot of graffiti, and we saw a couple gangs and
some preteen boys called us mean and cuss-type names in french
while our group walked by them outside the hotel.
(However, its not like the hotel can control this).

If you stay at this hotel, know and expect what you are going to
get yourself into.

One word of caution - the RER station is about a 10 minute walk from
the hotel and do not go on the RER at night. It is a frightening experience.

The outside of the hotel looks like a 1970's pre-fabricated horror and we weren't very hopeful when we arrived! However our opinion soon changed when we arrived at reception. The interior is nicely decorated in warm colours, attractive and
relaxing, which is just what you want after a long drive on one
of the busiest days of the year in France.

This is NOT worth what you pay- go somewhere else!!!!
I fully regret picking this hotel and if I go back would stay somewhere else entirely.

最悪、この分を泊まらずに、自力で探すほうが良いような気がします。

ここではホテルに拘る人は少数派ですが、私は一番重要視してもおかしくない
ものだと思っています。極端な話し、一生後悔することもあり得ます。
逆に、これからの人生での良い経験とも言えなくもないでしょうが。

夜の鉄道は止めろと書かれている以上、止めましょう。
残るは車ですが、可哀想ですが”安物買いの銭失い”の典型です。

車を使う欧州人が安さに吊られ、泊まるホテルのようです。タクシーで往復する
人も居ないようです。

市内からは不明ですが、空港からは、
A taxi would take approx.20 min and cost around 40€.この3/4として30ユーロ。
