遅れながら、エラー内容を載せます。２

2度目以降に出るエラーです。

「失敗のありがちな理由は以下です。」
入れるべきカードナンバーはこの辺のヤツですよ、とか間違えてますよとか、そんな内容。


それから、不思議な現象なのですが、エラーになると、何故か旅行の目的のアンケート部分の選択が解除され、再選択しなければならなくなります。

エラー内容はこれで全てです。
