　まず陸路でEUを出る際は、空港からのように100%確実に免税手続きが出来ることを期待しないことです。
　その上で。。。

　フランスの最後の駅を出ると車内に係官が何人かまわってきますので、お店で作成してもらった書類を提示して税関スタンプをもらいます。
　これをスイスの空港の免税窓口に示せばよかったんだと思います。

　この税関スタンプがもらえなかった場合は、車掌さんに言って切符に「確かにこの日に乗った」というスタンプをもらい、日本に帰ってからお店で作成してもらった書類と切符をグローバルブルー・ジャパンへ送るのだったか。。。　うろ覚えです。(_ _;;

Police and customs checks
At country borders, police and customs checks are carried out:
- on board the TGV Lyria train on the Lausanne-Paris, Bern-Paris and Zurich-Paris lines.
- in Geneva station for the Geneva-Paris line.

These checks require you to present your identity card (currently valid) or passport (currently valid or expired less than five years ago).

For travellers of nationalities other than French and Swiss and for travellers from countries that are not part of the Schengen Agreement, other formalities may be necessary. Find out more from the relevant authorities before you make your TGV Lyria journey.

Tax refunds for purchases in France

Residents of non-European Union countries who make purchases worth €175 or more (on the same day in the same shop) should obtain a VAT refund form from the checkout.

This form must be stamped by French customs officials. If there are no checks on board the TGV Lyria train, you can put this form in the Customs box in Switzerland if you leave your TGV Lyria train in Geneva, Vallorbe, Lausanne or Neuchâtel.

Once the form has been stamped, you can send it off in the attached envelope to obtain your refund. If the form bears the words “Global Refund” (excluding purchases made at Galeries Lafayette), you can obtain your refund directly from the bureau de change at the following CFF train stations: Zurich HB, Basel SBB, Chur and Bern.

Zurich-Paris lineは到着後はできないみたいです。
