Germanwingsｎ航空券を購入しましたが、 出発時間をまちがえました、、、 メールでといあわせたらコールセンターに電話しろとのことですが、 コールセンターにはなぜか日本からの電話つながりません、、、 ルフトハンザ日本支店に電話しましたが、 システムが異なるから難しいとのこと。 それ以降、何度メールしても返事がこないのですが、 なにかいい方法はありませんか？
Re: 航空券購入間違えた場合、、、 Jorge さんが言われているように変更でしたら、WEB からでは・・・ ドイツの番号は有料の引き落とし電話なので外国からは無理だと思います。 架けるとしたら英国とか別の国の外国から架けれる番号のコールセンターに電話するしかないと思います。 英国のは二重に電話料金が掛るので注意要ですが。

お返事ありがとうございます やっぱし日本からはかけられないんですね、、、 不便すぎる。。 ルフトハンザの方は、一応飛行機のチケット番号さえわかれば、 かえられるかも、、、といっていましたが、 チケット番号発行されないタイプ（germanwingsはそうみあいです）で、、 ほかの方法も模索してみます、ご丁寧に感謝しております。
