UAの本国サイトに詳しく載っていますが、

passengers who:
are unable to fit into a single seat in the ticketed cabin;
are unable to properly buckle the seatbelt using a single seatbelt extender; and/or
are unable to put the seat's armrests down when seated.

該当する人は健康的にかなり危険だと思いますので
これを機にダイエットしたらどうでしょうか？
あとこの件は重量の問題ではなく隣席の乗客を
圧迫侵害して迷惑だからという体積の問題です。
