11月24日、バンコクエアからフライヤーボーナス３周年の特典割引の案内がきました。
12月５日から2009年１月31日までの予約に限り特典ポイントを50％Offするというものです。
しかし、わたしはちょうど先週11月21日にボーナスポイントを特典航空券と交換したばかりなのでした。
送られてきた予約確認のメールを読むと、ポイントのキャンセルについて記入がありました。
Award Ticket Redemption
To make a payment for an award ticket at a later time, award tickets must be issued within 5 days after the booking is made.
Re-booking an award ticket due to failing of payment or booking canceled is not permitted.
After the booking is made, FlyerBonus points are deducted. Shall members fail to make payment within ticket time-limit or cancel the booking before the issuance of award ticket, unused points can be re-deposited upon request, which is subject to THB1000 (35 USD) service fee for a domestic air award ticket or a THB1500 (50 USD) service fee for an international air award ticket.
It takes 3 - 5 days for FlyerBonus points to be re-deposited to member accounts.
After the award ticket has been issued, members may make one adjustment to the travel date, travel time or travel destination. Members must contact FlyerBonus customer service at flyerbonus@bangkokair.com during business hours.
Mem bers failing to travel on reserved flights will lose award benefits as stated on the terms and conditions when booking an award ticket. The ticket will be treated as used; the subsequent segments under the same booking will be canceled. Members will not be able to refund all taxes and fees or redeposit those points.
これを読むと、予約確定から５日後にE-Ticket発行となります。それまでは国内線1000THB,国際線1500THBの手数料で特典ポイントを元の口座に戻すことができるようなのですが、そのような理解でよいのでしょうか。
ポイントが戻るまでの間に希望の便の特典チケット枠がなくなってしまう可能性があり、悩ましいところです。
