返事が来ました marubiさん おはようございます。 例のレストランから返事が届いたので 長くなりますが全文を掲載します。 やはり予約の有無を言っていますね。 それと、marubiさんのおっしゃるような席は存在しないと言っているので、そこは従業員用の一時的なものだったのかも知れません。 しかし、向こうもプライドをかけて仕事をしていることがわかります。 "despise" という単語を使っていますね。 とにかく向こうの言うように、 当人が直接連絡を取った方が良いと思います。 残念ながら私では正確に伝えることができません。 Dear Sirs, I hope this was a mistake and misunderstanding! Our restaurant lives from people from foreign countries and we have, especially from japan, many guests. We have every week about 5-12 japanese groups and they are all satisfied with our restaurant and with the service. One thing is true, it´s not easy to get a table in the evening without reservation. So the guests have to wait till a table is getting free. If you would visit our restaurant - you can see that we didn ´t have tables next to the kitchen, because the kitchen is a separat part of the restaurant and in front of the entrance. Look at our homepage www.griechenbeisl.at I could not imagine, that anywhere was unpolit to japanes guests. Our waiters could not afford to be unpolit to any guests. This called "white coloured people" had all reservations and therefor the get their reserved tables. But I can promise you we have 99% people of foreign countries and different colours and we can ´t afford to be racist. This word is a big despite for our house. I don ´t know how you can say that, without staying in our restaurant. Please tell me the internet site where I can read this accusation, because it ´s not true and I want to contact this two people to ask what happens exactly on this evening. Re: 返事が来ました 確かに、私本人ではないと細部は判らない事があるので、 やはり自分でもメールを出してみます。 私が「給餌室」のようだと思っているのは誤解なのかも知れません。 確か、入り口から入って左手に受付のようなところがあり、 そこから左手に折れると通路があり、その通路左側に厨房が見えました。 その通路をそのまま進んで、突き当たりの小部屋が、 私のいう「給仕室」のようなところで、 そこの一角に、 できあがった料理やお酒が次々と運び込まれては、 給仕の皆さんが、忙しそうに料理を運んでいました。 その部屋の片隅に、 狭いテーブルと、広いテーブルの二つが置かれていたのです。 私が通されたのは、そのうちの、実に狭くて小さなテーブルでした。 そんなところにテーブルを出さなくてはいけないほど、 この店は人気店なのだとは思います。 ただ、 その日は、すくなくとも満席ではなかったのです。 私が見渡した限りでは、相当数の空席が見えましたし、 帰るときも空いていました。 どちらにせよ、 私自身でもメールしてみます。
Re: 返事が来ました この恐ろしいくらいお粗末な英語の文章を、想像力を働かせて読むと(つまり殆ど意味不明)、まるで反省していませんね。 かえって怒っています。 この質問者さんがこのレストランに対する「言いがかり→Accusation)と言っています。質問者さんに直接あって、本当は何が起こったか質問したいと言っています。 この返事の内容から見ると、感情的で頭が良くない人のように思えます。 何か言っても無駄でしょうね。 こんなレストラン行かなければ良いのです。
私のメールは黙殺されるかも知れません marubiさん、こんばんは。 例のレストランから返事が来たら 勿論この欄に全文を掲載しますが、 そもそも私のメールそのものが 彼らに黙殺されるような気もします。 ここはやはり、 ご本人が直接、 政府観光局へ手紙を出されるのが 一番でしょう。 我慢してしまわずに、 みんなで声を出しましょうよ。
