I just wrote to ratp asking where I could buy the carte Orange and that I was arriving at Terminal 2A and here is the answer I received.

Le Bureau de vente RATP à l'aéroport de Roissy Charles de
Gaulle se situe au terminal 2D près de la porte 11.
Il est ouvert du lundi au dimanche de 7h30 à 12h15 et de 12h45 à 18h00.
