Chairs? No. In my visit in the mid of July, this year, I didn't find any chairs at the departure (check in) lobby. This is probably from the safety requirements. A possibility is that they have installed facilities after I left. I could suggest you might think about a "fail safe" in case that you wouldn't get anything. Wish you a nice trip.
Re: Chairs? No. 私が椅子を見たのは去年の冬だったので、ochocientosさんがおっしゃるように今はないのかもしれませんね。ただ私が座った椅子は、正確に言うと出発ロビーと到着ロビーの間にある通路のようなところです。出発ロビーにはなかったかもしれません。到着ロビーとその間には確かにありました。
