City Rail Travel in Germany U-Bahn S-Bahn　と、いうページの中に
In general, rail pass such as the Eurail Pass are valid on the S-Bahn as the Eurail Pass are valid on the S-Bahn but not on the U-Bahn.ということが書かれていました。

World Cupの期間限定だといけないので、
ほかのWeb.　eurailをクリックしたら、

そのページの中ほどECの列車と、赤い服を着た女性が家族と車内に座っている写真の、下に、
Eurail Passes are also vaild on the S-Bahn(local and suburban Train services operated by DB)throughout Germany.
と書かれてありました。
