請求書の送付先の住所を間違えた場合の対応がカスタマーサービスに載ってました。

If you have an overseas address we strongly advise that, for security, you choose box office collection for your tickets. If you send us the appropriate information as stated above we can then update your booking details. You can send this information to: Ticketmaster Customer Services P.O. Box 798 Manchester M60 1WU or alternatively fax us on 0161 385 3624, marking the document clearly for the attention of the Customer Service Department.

その前に一つ気になってるのが　最初の一文なんですが・・
教えていただけないでしょうか?

辞書ひいて調べてみたんですがイマイチ分かりません・・・

海外の住所の場合は、セキュリティのためにチケットをボックスオフィスコレクションを選ぶ事を強く忠告します。

・・・なんのこっちゃという感じです。
できればわかりやすく教えて頂けますか??
あんまり良い内容ではない気がするので気になってしまって・・
