チケットマスターのチケット送付 どにんとんさん、Blue Marbleさん、こんばんは。 >日本までチケットを送ることってあるんでしょうか?? 3年前ですけれど、イギリス旅行の時に、ウエストエンドのミュージカルの チケットをチケットマスターで買いました。 チケットはすぐに日本に送ってくれました。 折り返し来たconfirmationのメールには、下のような但し書きが 付いていました。 Your tickets will always be despatched by Ticketmaster as soon as possible. However, due to the nature of certain events, you may not receive your tickets until 10 days before the event. If you have not received your tickets within 72 hours of the event please e-mail customer.services@ticketmaster.co.uk as soon as possible or call on 0870 153 5353. Ticketmaster only posts tickets to the billing address of a credit card. If the address in your booking does not correspond to that held by your credit card company your tickets may be cancelled. 3年たって手続きとか変わっているかもしれませんが、少なくとも私に来た メールでは、 「チケットマスターでは、クレジットカードの請求住所にチケットを郵送 します。予約で入力した住所が、クレジットカード会社が持っている 請求住所と一致しない場合、チケットはキャンセルされる可能性があります」 とあるので、一度ご自分のほうから連絡をとってみたほうがいいかも しれません。
Re: チケットマスターのチケット送付 ご親切にありがとうございます。 請求書の送付先の住所を間違えた場合の対応がカスタマーサービスに載ってました。 If you have an overseas address we strongly advise that, for security, you choose box office collection for your tickets. If you send us the appropriate information as stated above we can then update your booking details. You can send this information to: Ticketmaster Customer Services P.O. Box 798 Manchester M60 1WU or alternatively fax us on 0161 385 3624, marking the document clearly for the attention of the Customer Service Department. 正しい情報を送ることにします。 その前に一つ気になってるのが 最初の一文なんですが・・ 教えていただけないでしょうか? 辞書ひいて調べてみたんですがイマイチ分かりません・・・ 海外の住所の場合は、セキュリティのためにチケットをボックスオフィスコレクションを選ぶ事を強く忠告します。 ・・・なんのこっちゃという感じです。 できればわかりやすく教えて頂けますか?? あんまり良い内容ではない気がするので気になってしまって・・
