These terms and conditions set out the rules for you, as a foreign traveller (“you” or “your”), to claim back your VAT/GST refund (“Refund”) from Global Blue (“we” or “us”) using a Global Blue tax free form (“TFS Form”) in relation to the goods that you have purchased.

How can I request a copy of a lost invoice?
This is very simple; go to the Tools and Support section and click on Invoice Copy Request. We will ask you to identify yourself, and we will then send the invoice.
