電子航空券には実体がないのです

恐らく、航空会社が作成するフライトスケジュールと電子航空券とを混同しているか、電子航空券とはなんたるかを誤解しているのでしょう。

ここに的確に書かれています。要するに、航空会社の予約システム計算機に予約記録として保管されているもの。これが電子航空券の唯一の実体なのです。その次の文が、まさに、客が認識できる予約記録を行程に書き出したもので、今や印刷する必要すらほとんどなくなったものなのです（スマートフォン画面上のQRコードとかを読み取れば、荷物検査や出国審査はもちろん、搭乗口も乗り越えられる）。

さらに混同しているのは（行き違いを発生させないためにも、これは直しておいたほうが良いでしょう）、航空券と搭乗券で、

敢えて添削すれば（ついでに句読点の位置も直します）、

予約記録のコピーを持っていかなくても、搭乗または空港カウンターで搭乗券を発行してもらえますか？で、この答えは、本人確認さえできれば、6桁の予約番号すら不要です。国際線なので、課金されませんし。

A check-in fee of RM10 per guest will be charged for domestic flights (only within Malaysia). There will be no check-in fee for all international flights.

To save time and costs, you may perform web check-in, mobile check-in and kiosk check-in. If you are performing a web check-in, kindly make sure that you are able to print your boarding pass; if you are performing kiosk check-in make sure you have your 6-digit booking reference number ready.

There will be no counter check-in charge for baggage drop when guests have self-check-in.

ただし、上記にあるように、Webチェックインをしないデメリットは皆無に等しいので、しておくことを強く勧めます。これのもう一つの利点は、思い込みを排除できること。例えば、日程を一週間間違えていても、オンラインチェックインでわかるし、名前が違っていれば撥ねられるので気がつくし・・・。
