回答ありがとうございます 情報感謝です ただその知り合いも今EUにいて畑しか見えないような場所以外は国越えても普通に使えたと言っていました ですが店に聞いてもそのSIMについては分からなかったので今のところは謎ですね
??? 2年前からEUローミング制度が始まったので、EU加盟国で買ったSIMはそのまま（利用料とか最低料金とかの制限はあるのと、大手以外は対応しないとか、課金があったりするものも）使えるのです、ですから、周遊というよりも、EU内なら気にせずに（roam like at home at domestic rates）使えるのです。 ただし、それは旧西側先進国での話で、旧ソ連で、早々独立した三国は先に書いたように事実上不可なのです。ですから、そこでは現地SIMで凌ぎ、西欧に出たら適当なもの（必ずRUローミング対応か否かは確かめること）を買えば良いと書いたまでです。次が何処の国かわからないので。 それ以前は、例えばT-mobile.deなどは、ローミングには特別な方法が必要で、それなりに面倒でしたが、今や、roam like at homeをEU主導で実施しているのです。10月以降は英国は不可になるでしょうが・・・。やはり、愚かな選択です。
