うーーーん・・・ レスありがとうございます。何せ男性からのレスが少ないんですよ。皆さん女子供の下らない話題と思っておられる？？日本男児たる者、黙って辛口の酒を少量のアテをつまみながら浴びるほど飲むべし、甘いものなど食うな、ということなんでしょうか。もったいないなあ。私も酒飲みだし酒は甘口などありえないと思っていますが（だからヴィン・サントは嫌い）、それと菓子とは別と考えています。ヨーロッパ男子は酒飲みでもお菓子に関してもこだわりがあってうるさいのですが・・。アメリカはいかがでしょうか。 そのタマレ、写真だけ見てもどうしてもおいしそうには見えません・・・すみません。もともとモロコシ粉で作った練り物が好きではない（ポレンタとか）からです。メキシコのトルティーヤならいけますが。 ところでたとえばルイジアナなんかはもとフランスだし、フランス料理の名残なんかはあるんでしょうかね。 日本のクリスマスの生ケーキは不二家の戦略だったというのはあり得る話です。バレンタインもそうだったし、日本人はそういうのに乗りやすいのです。でもうちの家は昔からシュトレンとパネットーネです。
