と表示されます。日本からはダメな様ですね。

ただ・・HOUSE OF BLUESのサイト

から入るとSecurity Check までは進めました。
この先どこかで拒否されるかもしれませんが、一度チャレンジされてはいかがでしょう？

アドレスの問題は、チケットを窓口受け取り（Will Callだったかな？）にできるなら、ホテルの住所でOKだと思います。
