しかるに５件予約し宿泊したのにも拘わらず１件しか加算されませんでした。Agodaのカスタマーサポートに問合せると”1件を除き間違いなくhttp://www.agoda.com/deltaenから予約されていますので、スカイマイル加算についてはデルタ航空に直接問合せて下さい As per our records your bookings are used from the correct URL except the highlighted one.

”とSkyMiles Account Supportから回答。あの中国のCtripでさえ間違いなく加算されたのに。選択した支払通貨が原因かと考えチェックしたら2件(1480₱／9000₱)はペソ、3件(US$49.79／US$99.58は同一ホテル US$108.38は直接予約かもと認識)はドルで請求を受けており原因ではないと考えます。どちらの言い分が正しいと思われますか。
