去年の情報ですが… b taikiさん、はじめまして。 私は去年の9月にペルー～ボリビアに行きました。 ①はわかりませんので②だけ私のケースをご紹介します。 私は計3回ペルーレイルに予約メールを送りました。 1回目…HP上の予約フォームから(2週間位返信なし) 2回目…HP上の予約フォームから(1週間位返信なし) 3回目…HPのContact usに載っているメアドにメール(回答あり) 私も1回目のメールでなかなか返事がもらえず、 返事(Confirmation code)がもらえないと 予約は完了しないという情報を得ていたので 2度、3度とメールをしました。 出発が近づいていましたので…。 2回目、3回目にメールを送るときには 『何日にこの予約メールをしたのですが…』と 一応、断りを入れて送るようにしていました。 忙しい時期はなかなか返事がもらえないという情報も得ていたので たまたま忙しくてなかなか返事がもらえなかっただけなのか 予約フォームを使わずにメールしたのが良かったのか 原因はよくわからないままです。 ただ、これは去年8月の情報で 先程、HPをみたら予約フォームがリニューアルされていたので 状況は変わっているかもしれません。 でも、Contact usのところのメアドに試しに送ってみても いいかもしれませんよ。 また、保険で現地の日系代理店にも問い合わせていました。 西河トラベルからは以下のような回答がきました。 『旅行会社が販売する場合には、販売税19%のチャージと 購入手数料がかかります。』 ということで以下のような価格でした。 -BACK PACKER CLASS- 駅直接購入価格 US$73.00 弊社価格 US$88.00(19%Tax・手数料込) -VISTADOME CLASS- 駅直接購入価格 US$113.00 弊社価格 US$128.00(19%Tax・手数料込) ちなみに予約完了のメールはこんな感じでしたよ。 ちょっと長くなってしまいますが… (※私達はクスコでなくオリャンタイタンボから乗りました) We appreciate your preference requesting a booking for a trip with PeruRail. Re: 去年の情報ですが… いつかみたあおいそら様 丁寧にありがとうございます。 私もボリビアを狙っているのです。 ペルーに焼く10日の予定で、 マチュピチュ、プーノ、ボリビア、アレキパ、リマ、できればナスカも行きたいので列車もちょうど良い時間が取りたくて。 まずは教えていただいた通り、ペルーレイルに直接メールしてみます。 まだ希望の列車の空席もあるようですので。 それでも返事がなければ、現地の旅行会社に依頼してみます。 ありがとうございました。
楽しんできてください☆ b taikiさん、こんにちわ。 私は日本⇒ナスカ⇒オリャンタイタンボ(聖なる谷)⇒マチュピチュ ⇒クスコ⇒プーノ⇒ラパス⇒リマ⇒日本 を12日間で旅しました。 12日間しかなかったため(実質ペルーは7日間です…) ある程度、計画を立てていったのですが 実際に現地に行ってみると“ここをもっと観たい!!” というところがたくさんあって“もっと時間があれば…” と何度も何度も思いました。 ペルーだけで10日間であれば私よりは余裕があるので羨ましいです。 ぜひ、マチュピチュは1泊してワイナピチュに登ってくださいね～。 ワイナピチュからの眺めがすごく良かったので☆ 楽しいご旅行を～♪
